| Sometime mid 2001 | This drawing is based on the Suikoden hero, from the first game in the series. He's gotta be the coolest character ever...he can send people straight to hell. The drawing itself is lacking in coolness on account of the discolored strip down the middle. | | | Late 2001 | I did this drawing (among many others) back in my EverQuest days. It was inspired by the EverQuest comic "The Ruins of Kunark." Of course Just about any work done by Jim Lee is inspiring to me. Specically this is a profile view of an Iksar, the Lizard people of EQ. | |
| 06/13/02 | In this piece I used photoshop to darken the lines a bit. Since it is basically just a line drawing, I figured that darkening it would make it easier to view. To see the colored wallpaper version, with cheesy photoshop effects, go here. | | | Late 2000 | This is a pic I did back in high school. It is a study of an image of God, from Michelangelo's paintings on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. For this project, my teacher had me focus on the contrast of the image. It looks good in some areas, but the areas of extreme light could have used better blending. | |
| Sometime 2000 | Well...It's a dragon...kinda. This is a drawing of Bahamut from the Final Fantasy games. I drew it to use as a visual aid on a sculpture project a few years ago. The drawing came out rather well...the sculpture did not...and then it blew up...but that's not the point. | | | ??? | This is one of my earliest facial studies. It was an attempt at drawing Sarah Michelle Gellar. It's not too great or too horrible. Apparently, shading was new concept to me. And unfortunatly, like many of my other works, time has beaten it into submission and it has faded a lot. | |
| Sometime 2000 | And because you asked for it...Ok, so...Because Iden asked for it... Lesbians! I drew this one after I picked up a how to draw manga magazine. I was trying to study character interactions...this just seemed like perfect subject matter. | |
